Marketing Manager:
Job Description:
1. Take the lead in formulating company development goals and plans. According to the company’s overall development strategy, organize the formulation of the company’s overall market development goals and development plans, put forward an overall market strategy and organize integration.
2. Take the lead in formulating the company’s annual operating budget. Responsible for the overall planning and promotion of relevant work on the front end of the market. Responsible for reviewing the annual business objectives, marketing costs and corresponding resource requirements of various departments, regions and branches and other operating units, organizing relevant departments to promote resource allocation, guiding the market operations of operating units and conducting performance assessments.
3. Responsible for company business analysis and data management. Organize and promote the company’s external and internal business analysis work, including not extending external publicity materials review, analysis data writing; and internal company-level monthly, quarterly and annual data writing. Responsible for the unified centralized management of company-level data and materials, and unified external output.
4. Responsible for company marketing management. Formulate and review the marketing plan of the company and each business unit, organize and implement company-level publicity and promotion activities, uniformly manage the company’s advertising release, guide and support the customer promotion activities of various departments and regional business units. Coordinate the collective management and specific coordination of online Internet marketing and brand promotion activities.
5. Responsible for company brand management. Establish the company’s unified brand system, manage the company’s brand planning, communication and evaluation, summarize the brand communication needs of various departments, regions and branches, and organize the implementation in a unified manner. Responsible for the company’s external portal management, including but not limited to online portals such as Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter.
6. Responsible for contacting the marketing department of the international company to undertake the corresponding work supervision.
Skills:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer and communications
2. 3 years or more of relevant experience in the relevant communication field
3. Proficiency in English writing
4. Those with overseas work experience are preferred
