Data Entry Operator

Provide general administrative and clerical support including documentation (Invoicing, Agreements, Certificates, etc.), meetings.

– Assist in resolving any administrative problems.

– Receptionist Task – Maintain polite and professional communication via phone calls and e-mail, visitor’s inquiries, assisting clients and building access cards.

– Assisting higher management needed such as documentations

– Perform office inventory management, data entry & documentation

– Prepare correspondences as instructed by Line Managers / Management.

– Provides administrative support to Management on day-to-day activities including diary management, as required.

– Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Salary is all-inclusive of Accommodation, Transport, Insurance & Air Tickets
