Leading hospitality group is looking for Customer Service Associate.
· Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
· Processing/taking orders requested by the customers.
· Managing and tracking of food deliveries to the customers
· Researching required information using available resources.
· Identify customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate product, services or information.
· Meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames.
· Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service.
· Recognize customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation according to individual level of responsibility and customer feedback/ complaint procedures.
· Offer assistance to colleagues when required, to ensure designated work goals are met.
· Demonstrate trust, support and respect towards team members in day-to-day work activities.
· Conduct communication with customers and colleagues in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
· Practice high standards of personal presentation in accordance with Company Grooming & Presentation Standards
· Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
· Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
· Following up complicated customer calls where required.
· Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
· Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
· Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
· Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
· Other duties as assigned.
