We are looking for Transfer clerks / Teller
1. Customer service and front office operations including but not limited to Remittance operations, Cash operations, WPS operations, processing all sub products of company, lobby management etc.
2. Attending customer complaints and reporting the manager/supervisor the nature of complaints received.
3. Preparation of daily reports to the Manager/Supervisor.
4. Filing of routine documents such as daily vouchers, letters etc.
5. Update themselves on Anti-Money laundering / CFT and Know Your Customer Policy.
6. Reporting any suspicious customer transaction/Activity to the BCO/MLRO
7. Retail Marketing as and when directed by the superiors.
