– Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
– Answer, screen and forward any incoming telephone calls while providing basic information when needed.
– Client Follow Ups, Assist sales team
– Managing a client database and preparing reports.
– Listing properties in portals
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,etc
– Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
– Dealing with email enquiries
– Data entry
Requirements:
– Excellent command of the English language,
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
– Must be computer literate.
– Should be a team player with an aptitude for customer service.
– Ability to work under pressure
