Professional experience with MS Office, MS Excel & PowerPoint with excellent writing and editing skills
Copy, scan, and store documents
File documents in physical and digital records in an organized way
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
Create New templates for future use
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Manage and Monitor the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement
Familiarity in Tender & Project stages, and office-related works.
