Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following
Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in fridges, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors, and holding areas as well as the operating equipment
Ensure all equipment is clean and working order.

Assist the servers as necessary.
Ensure all items are clean according to sanitation guidelines.
Dispose of waste
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Record all breakage
Complete day-end dishwasher maintenance.
Clean all soiled items.
Clean, sanitize, and close workstation.
