• Respond to incoming email, faxes and post as instructed and compose routine responses. Update clients about their orders accordingly
• Prepare quotation as instructed by the department head and follow up for the same with the client
• Process clients’ purchase orders into approved sales orders and sales invoice for the purpose of updating and distributing information to the material management department
• Communicate with the production department to coordinate job orders and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials
