Required Accountant with 6 experience , having full knowledge of accounting, Vat, Costing, MIS reporting, Balance sheet , P&L.
· Preparing Service Invoices for clients, payments, checks, transfers, and receipts and confirming they were delivered and received by the concerned parties. Reporting about the outstanding checks.
· Following up on the work in progress balancing and ensuring its validity.
· Preparing banks, clients, and suppliers reconciliations and following up on discrepancies.
· Preparing on a periodic basis the Receivables aging reports, communicating the collection schedules, confirm the recording accuracy of receipts from clients, and ensuring that all due invoices are paid on time.
· Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly accounting reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Other Equivalent Experience
· 2+ Years of Relevant Professional Accounting Experience
· Data Entry Management
. Should be capable of handling admin and ad-hoc tasks for the organization.
