We are looking for an energetic, smart, and active administrative assistant for our office in Business Bay.
Responsibilities are as follows:
– Maintain and manage the company CRM and portals listings.
– Preparing real estate forms, contracts, addendum’s and internal documents
– Coordinate property closings and overseeing document signing
– Answer all external calls and forward them to the relevant agents.
– Assist clients coming to the office.
– Maintain and manage the office pantry.
– Coordinate with agents and provide back-office support.
– Other administrative/marketing tasks as required.
Qualifications
– Filipino, Female
– Has a MOFA ATTESTED bachelor’s degree (Required as we are not hiring without an attested degree)
– Prior experience in a call center environment
– Must be good at using Microsoft office tools
– Knowledgeable of basic computer applications
