Voice Account Manager
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
To hit targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers
To manage voice trading system and monitor traffic flow very closely, negotiate voice agreements and interconnection agreements
To create price lists on regular basis according to different customer needs and focuses
To work closely in consultation with the Director of International Voice Business and other team members ensuring that the voice team’s sales targets and objectives are achieved in a professional, timely and cost effective manner
To anticipate client needs, prospect and pursue new business opportunities at all times
To build up close relationships with all customers and suppliers across all accounts and be able to strengthen customers’ confidence into loyalty
To promote and enhance company image by demonstrating professional sales and services at all times.
To connect on (IPX) signaling and mobile data including Value Add Solutions for roaming, reporting and security.
Resell DCH / FCH Services, SS7/ Diameter Signaling
Identify new market and develop new customer for the unified communications (UC)
REQUIREMENTS
Holder of Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Telecom, Business Management or Economy
Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a competitive or incumbent telecommunications operator in any positions
Bilingual (English and Mandarin, both speaking and writing)
Knowledge in both bilateral deals, hubbing wholesales and LCR arrangement of voice preferred
Knowledge of new emerging technologies; eg VoLTE, IPX , UC and Mobililty
Be able to work under intense deadlines, multi-task, have good organization and communication skills
Excellent in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point is required
Candidates may be required to travel overseas from time to time
