The Service Staff sells products to customers inside Leading Bakeries stores and retail outlets.
Principal Accountabilities
Ensures customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
Stocks the deli make‐line; checks the deli section and orders all missing items, keeping the stand clean and full of products.
Prompt and courteous greeting of customers upon serving
Packs deli items neatly into the proper package/bag.
Designs the deli refrigerator and self‐service sections periodically during the shift.
Cuts, slices, and shreds cold cuts.
Maintains an attractive, neat, and clean showcase and display at all times.
Secures all required equipment, supplies, materials and/or items to carry on properly with his/her job duties.
Prepares orders according to the customer’s preference using proper portions and methods.
Assists customers professionally by informing them about product options, and friendly assisting them in selecting their product choices.
Keeps work station clean, sanitized, and well organized.
Observes work schedules, and carries on all assigned duties conscientiously.
Despite the repetitive nature of job tasks, tries to be as creative and enthusiastic as possible.
Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
