We are looking for Call Center Agent in Dubai that meets the following requirements.
* Must have good communication and customer service skills both verbal and written.
* Proficiency with computers especially with CRM software and strong typing skills.
* Respond to customers questions in a polite and timely manner.
* Attend large amounts of Inbound / Outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat or social media.
* Capture / Resolve customer feedback & complaints and manage as per process.
* Data entry skills
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Flexible to work in rotational shifts / Week offs and adjust to changing business needs and requirements.
* Ready to join immediately and should be available in UAE
* Experience: 0-1 year preferred
* Qualifications: Degree in any discipline
* Salary: AED 2,000 + incentives depending on experience and interview outcome
* Gender: Any Gender
* Nationality: Any Nationality
* Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken)is a must. Arabic & any other language is an advantage
* Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft Office
* Current Location: Dubai
