Receptionist cum Accounts executive

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures with basic accounting including cash handling, Experience in customer service principles and practices

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledgeable in Tally mandatory

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under-pressure

Multitasking and prioritization skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Greeting clients & walk in customers, guests

Operate telephone switchboard in a courteous and professional manner to answer, screen, or forward calls, receive and deliver the messages
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents

Maintain and update appointment calendars

Maintains tidy and well organized reception area & office

Co-ordination with driver & support staff on day to day tasks

Working under a tight timeline & pressure situations with deadline on deliveries, support staff coordination, monitoring, day to day invoicing, chasing & follow up regularly on receivables etc.
