To provide helpdesk support in relation to the Information Technology (IT) environment within Dubai and regional offices.
To provide administrative assistance to the IT team:
o Provide support by answering calls, creating help desk tickets, and escalating as required;
o Perform daily checks of the Bank’s IT equipment, office printer environment, conference and meetings rooms and critical systems; and
o Provide support to walk-up and email requests, creating tickets, and escalating as required.
Responsible for maintaining the IT departments governance:
o Maintain updated records on all vendors and related contracts;
o Ensure all purchase orders and invoices are submitted for processing;
o Provide support to document and track all IT equipment and assets; and
o Provide support for compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsible for providing help desk support to all departments, users and offices across the MEA region.
Responsible for creating, liaising, directing and escalating relevant IT matters within the UAE IT team, and group globally
Liaise with all vendors to ensure all related administrative tasks such as renewing contracts, payment of invoices, compliance with Banks policies and procedures are done in a timeously manner.
Technical knowledge, skills and experience
Practical experience providing helpdesk support.
General understanding of IT systems such as Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Monitors and related IT infrastructure is desirable.
