• Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests.
• Work closely with the property team to attract and retain residents/guests through superior customer service.
• Verifying and recording visitor information.
• Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building.
• Handle and resolve all Residence owners’ complaints, keeping the Resident Manager fully informed, and recording any incidents it in the daily logbook or system
• Coordinate and organize the daily activities and requests of residents
• Respond to all resident needs and requests, including making deliveries, pick-ups and drop-offs
• Maintain a working knowledge of the building Rules and Regulations, notifying management of specific violations
• Other activities as deemed appropriate by management
