To maintain the cleanliness of guestrooms, public areas, guest corridors and back-of-house in the section assigned area according to the standard.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Report for duty on time.
Follow the grooming standard.
Attends daily briefing.
Receives work assignment, keys and supplies from the Supervisors.
Take note of VIP rooms, special occasion’s rooms, regular guest, complaining guest and follow up accordingly.
Signs key logbook and is responsible for the master key.
Enter in assigned guest room by following the door knocking procedure.
