We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle the ordering process between kitchen and customer. A friendly personality who can handle and communicate with customers and be the face and voice of the brand. The candidate will be trained in the company’s CRM systems and must handle all relevant data through such systems. The role will also demand composure to diplomatically handle irate customers and solution-finding attitude. Avenues to constantly improve the ordering and dispatch process will be expected by the management to enhance the brand experience for the customer.
